The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of services offered by 951, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. You agree to keep this information up to date whenever changes occur.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential your account. 951 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
- You must notify 951 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account through the customer support channels provided.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use the 951 platform. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
- Registering using a false identity, another person's information without their consent, or any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
All 951 users are required to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia and are subject to the following rules:
- Manipulating the system or games using automated software
- Fraud, hacking, or attempting to access the system without authorisation
- Using the platform for money laundering activities
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Comply with all game rules set for each category
- All activities carried out through your own account
- Report any technical issues or system vulnerabilities to 951
- Respecting other users and customer support staff
951 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, balance forfeiture, or referral to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 951 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered in their own name.
- Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and accepted payment methods (including Touch 'n Go, Boost, and FPX) are subject to the current terms displayed on the platform. 951 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
- Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with our anti-fraud policy. 951 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals during an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
- Unauthorised transactions: Any attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction through a third party (chargeback) without valid grounds may result in immediate account closure and recovery of the disputed amount.
- Taxes and fees: Users are responsible for any taxes or fees charged by their own bank or payment service provider. 951 is not liable for such charges.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
951 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service disruptions resulting from technical factors, maintenance, or events beyond our control. 951's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
951 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, system abuse, or upon request by the authorities. Accounts closed due to serious violations are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance. To close your account at your own request, please contact our customer support.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 951 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 951 or our licensors and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 951.
Third-Party Links
The 951 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services, such as payment providers. 951 is not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately before using their services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
